You will answer for how you spend your downtime just as much as your working hours. Free time is not a blank check.

Tonight, look at your screen time from this past week. Add up the hours spent on feeds, games, and streams. Could you give an honest account of that time before God? Do you even remember what you did during that time?

Pick one of those hours and reclaim it. Write a letter to a friend. Take a walk with your wife. Anything good and true. Colossians 4:5 tells us to make the best use of the time, and that especially means the time you have full control over.
